Jon Tree – Metal Tree – Raymond Berger

This beautiful tree is a tribute to Jon Williams, my father’s faithful and long term assistant. Jon began as a high school apprentice when my father had his studio in Reisterstown.  Jon worked for my father for more than 20 years and was instrumental in allowing my father to produce as much work as he did as well as contribute ideas and help in countless problem solving situations. Jon was basically my father’s right hand man. Jon’s contributions over the years were immeasurable and chances are that many of the works seen today had a degree of Jon Williams input.

The Jon Tree was a design conceptualized by Jon Williams himself and later refined and sold at art shows by Raymond.
